Probate, Trusts & Estates Section

Thank you for your interest in  the 2017 Probate Practice Manual.  This edition incorporates the substantial changes to the Estates Code into existing forms, and adds several new forms as well.
This manual was prepared by the Probate, Trusts and Estates Section of the Dallas Bar Association in conjunction with the Dallas County Probate Courts and their administrative assistants and auditors for the convenience of section members. This manual has not been officially adopted by the Probate Courts. This manual is provided for use by attorneys only as an informational resource and does not provide legal advice. Each attorney applying these forms in his or her practice should rely solely on his or her own understanding of applicable law.
